The Conclusion
Young school teacher Kristen Matthews is looking to heal.  Escaping from an abusive husband, she lands in a quiet little neighborhood ready to start school, make new friends and put her past behind her.   Sometimes the simple act of saying hello to a new neighbor is the first step towards that new life.   Who would have thought that he could bring her to such new heights.

Author's Notes:  This has an alternative ending that I may add at some point.  I usually start out with a story idea and then develop the story in that direction, but this one took me in two directions, only one of which ended up here.  Not a radically different outcome, but Hunter's character offered an alternative at one point.  Maybe a spin off.
