I’m knee deep in post-it notes….I wouldn’t call it writer’s block exactly, having a character show up without background is cheating. She has a backstory (way back) but how to insert(?) her into the ‘now story’ without seeming cheesy
My latest effort “Changing Stripes” is about 2/3 complete and I’m stuck. I have a wonderful bond between my two primary characters that has a ‘wrinkle’ and everything I write from here on out is a spoiler…so, not gonna happen.
Music’s on, sun is setting, creative juices flowing….now I just gotta figure this out.
Off to the gym-that will pry an idea loose.
